Reflection Therapy practices with a focus on the individual client but within the framework of their relationships such as a couple, a family, an employee, or within a corporation. Inclusive of mental health issues like bi-polar or schizophrenia, Reflection Therapy treats depression, grief and loss, trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders, and corporate dysfunction. Because each situation is unique, we utilize proven therapeutic models to address each client’s needs with the end goal of discovering positive alternatives to life’s problems. Each therapist practices as a sole practitioner under his independent licensure and credentials.

He and his co-therapist partner Marion Kellough are the only therapists in Tuscaloosa who provide co-therapy for couples where two therapists participate in the couple session.

Bob also works with managers and leaders where interpersonal dynamics might have obstructed a productive business environment. He is skilled at identifying an anxious business environment and utilizes DISC profiles to encourage teamwork.
