People who are anxious overthink, can’t concentrate and are so confused that they cannot make decisions. Some even have panic attacks. They experience greater life dissatisfaction, less job fulfillment, have more relationship problems and even have an increase in physical problems. In therapy, you will learn that anxiety doesn’t have to grip every minute of your day.
