Depression

I treat clients who are sad, feel bad about themselves, or have little energy left over to live their life.

People describe depression in different ways. For you, maybe if feels like drowning, emptiness, or living in a black hole. Today, depression doesn’t carry the same stigma and it shouldn’t with you! If you need depression counseling or therapy, give me a call. Therapy can offer light at the end of the tunnel.

If you are feeling hopelessly depressed to the point of suicide, call the National Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-8255 or call 911.
